Day 5*

Day 5* Somewhere I have been...

I have been to New York and toured the Statue of Liberty!! We climbed the inside of her, and took pictures at the very very top! I was in 5 or 6th grade. We were headed to Connecticut  for a summer camp and my parents decided to go early and tour New york for a week. We went to that big bull, the empire state building. Ate hot dogs from the cart things on the side walks. And our hotel room was SO small I felt like we were in a plastic bubble! haha! It was a GREAT experience and I wish I had pictures to post and show you but they are all with my mom in a scrap book in Sacramento!!! But, it was a blast!!

Our Chunk a Monk!!! Isnt he just chunkin up so much!!! :)!! He will be 3 months next week.. It is crazy how much he starting to grow, and change!! We love him!!!



Day 4 of the blog challenge: Whats a habit I would change of myself.

Hmm.. I dont know, When I talk to people I always have my hands up to my mouth or face, and I dont make eye contact alot. I would LOVE to change that because it DRIVES ME NUTS! haha!!! (Would that count as a habit to change..)  It would be nice to have the "confidence" to not have to hide away behind my hands when talking to others.. I probably have a lot others (as my hubby points out ;)..) but, thats one that I would like to work on!

Well.. this is a little difficult because I dont have 1 picture of all my friends together :)!!!  SOOO your getting a scatter of pictures!!!

All of these ladies have been friends since Elementary School! And I couldnt ask for better friends!!

1) I LOVE being a mommy!!!

2) I am a huge fan of Twilight!! Infact I just had a twilight a thon a couple weeks ago! :)!

3) My favorite time of day is mornings, which wasnt always the case. Ever since I had Rydge he wakes up about 7-730 each morning and is so smiley that It makes me LOVE my mornings with him.

4) I LOVE my hubby, even though he makes me mad sometimes and can be a pain in the Butt!!! lol!I love that he loves his family, and would do anything for Rydge and I.


5) I have the biggest sweet tooth you could ever imagine!!! night times are the worst because I get into snack mode.

6) I am ALWAYS smiling.

7) I jam out while I drive. And bust out into song and dance no matter where I am. yes, it embarreses Brent. But, I love music and I cant just sit there.

8) I would have an animal farm if possible. I take any stray animal in because I love animals!!! But, Brent wont let me have any more because we have 3 dogs already.

9) I secretly love Brents bronco.

10) I hate awkward situations.

11) I wish we could move away from Enterprise, I would love to go to Montana! or the pretty side of Colorado

12) I am very emotional!!! Ever since I got pregnant I cry at everything.. well, it still hasnt gone away. Every little sappy, cute, lovey, sad thing makes me cry. Brent makes fun of me!

13) I like making other people smile and laugh

14) I try to please everyone else and make everybody happy.

15) I dont think about myself as much as I should. I make everyone else a priority before my own.

Wow.. I cant believe I could think of 15!!! Hmm, day one challenge DOWN!! hehe!!!

My Rydgey caught the bug :(. Woke up last night to him ALL stuffed up, and the "sicky" croup congested snot cough. My poor thing!!! I sucked his boogers, changed him and started to feed him. He eats fine, he has no fever, he is still a happy smiley boy.. but scared me! I was up half the night reading about sick babies and information on everything, and he is fine. Just has the small bug! I also sat in the bathroom with the shower going for a humidifier for Rydge, it helped a little bit. I texted my mom at like 4 AM and she called me and she said that he is fine and just got caught by the winter bug. Thank goodness its nothing serious :( Although his cough scares me.. but its normal!!! Hopefully lots of cuddles and rest will get him better!! and ASAP! One thing that helps me is when he smiles and coos at me I know he is good :)!!!

V-day GoodiEs

SO! I saw this on lovely little snippets and decided to make them for our valentine treat to give away to family and neighbors. Peanut butter balls!!! YUM YUM!!!! Hopefully I can make them just as yummy as they look here!! And I want to make home made cute Vday cards to go with them. I think I will send a Rydge valentine to all my family in Cali!!! I saw this CUTE Idea on one of the blogs where I use his picture as the Valentine.. thought its a cute touch for those in cali that dont see him as often as the family here does! Hopefully I can get paper, and everything I need to do them!!!
I have been on this CRAFTY kick lately.. I have SO many ideas that I want to do.. I have a project I would like to do every month. I just wish I had everything lying around so I could just make it! BUT, since I dont, I wrote a list of all I need and hopefully I can find everything CHEAP and get to working!!! I Love thinking im crafty.. but it all depends on the final project! haha!!!
