Sunday.

A Sunday Afternoon 

Brent and I decided to go for a ride, take the dogs running and shoot the pistols/guns!

Ryge had a ball... He loves playing with the dogs, running in the mud. 

We went and got a load of wood as well, Rydge ran ALL over those mountains!! It was so fun. 

Bunkers came over and had dinner, once they headed out we watched a movie and got ready for Monday morning.. 

Sunday was a great day.. and I love my boys!! and girl.. (Mo our dog.. I cant leave her out!). lol.

Rydgey Boy!

I cant believe he is 14 months already, seriously the time has gone by SO fast!!

He is learning so much every day, and is CURIOUSE about EVERYTHING, which

I am LOVING!!!

He Jabbers so much, I wish I knew what he was saying because it would

make it that much more interesting. It is so funny. We were in the living room, and

Brent pulled out some bullets, Rydge climbs up and just starts talking.. and pointing

at the bullets, then starts with pitches, and gets more excited.. knods his head back and forth,

points some more.. and keeps on jabbering! Brent and I looked at each other and

just started laughing! It was the cutest thing.

Whatever he was talking about was something FERCE!

He doesnt eat much :(.. I hate it! He is fine, but I dont know if its because

of his poor teeth that he just isnt hungry.

He does have 4 teeth on bottom and 4 on top, and the top gums are so red! I know more are coming..

He doesnt really have any new words in his vocab...Were trying to teach him Grand"pa" and hi. I

love talking to Rydge and saying words, or if he points at something well say the word over and over, one of these days he will say it back and we will be so excited!

He goes through spurts of sleeping through the night, and waking up all the time. 

I love the nights he sleeps all night! 

He doesnt walk anymore.. he RUNS everywhere. 

He is a climber :(.. AH! He climbs everything and anythign he can. 

Rydge has the cutest personality. Oh my gosh, it is so fun to see them become there own little person! 

He is very sensitive.

He has a remote fettish!

He LOVES Sid (the Christmas Ice Age) Its really the Number 1 thing he will watch! 

Ill put on Mickey Mouse Club House in the Morn.. and Little Einstens/ Jake and the Never land pirates 

our shows he watches but only when the music comes on!!  

Anything Music. He is a little Jammer!! It is the cutest thing to watch him dance.

Such a little lover!!

I LOVE when he randomly comes to me and gives me a kiss, or just loves on me!!

He is a daddys boy! It will be fun to see Brent and Rydge go out for daddy son time!! Brent talks about taking him Hunting, and shooting all the time! So funny!

Oh, my Little Rydgey he is so fun!

Ya know I am so excited when the time comes to bring Rydge a Little Brother or Sister, I think its funny when you have your first kid.. everyone is ready for you to start popping them out! haha.. Everyone says ok, he is one.. when is the next one coming, really I am in NO hurry for baby number two. Brent and I have a plan, and were just ENJOYING our little Handfull right now! 

Week 1...

Is DOWN!!!

I have started work for Jackson Hewitt as a Receptionist! And I have missed my boy like now other.. and let me tell you, I get just a tad jelouse that Rydge LOVES his Grandma and has so much fun with her to the point were he doesnt even want to go home with me! haha... Really, I am happy that I can leave him with her and I know he is safe, and cared for. And I dont have to go through the heart brake of him crying when I drop him off! Rydge loves it.. and so does my mom. Its good for both of them. But, me!! I miss him so much during the day. Expecially if we are really slow.. and I think Hm, I could be playing with my boy right now.. but instead im making money ;)..

I really am thankful that my Grandma asked me to work for this year, luckily I am part time so I have Wednesdays off, and only work 9-4. The extra money is always nice, and we can get a few thigns paid off.. like my CAR!!! WAhoo... just a few more months of paymenst and that baby is MINE (which is exciting, but we seriously need something bigger.. poor Brent he doesnt fit in the car..anyway..)

It is so hard being a working mom, and taking care of a kid.. you should see my hosue :(.. it is SO neglected. I give kudos to you mamas who work!! But, Its seasonal, Im finished in March! And just in time for gardening and outside time! Wahoo!!!

Anything thing.. this DAMN praxis. I really want to graduate with my degree in Elem. Ed. And all I have left to do is Student Teach. Why can I not pass this stupid test.. Is it a sign?? My goal is to really work hard and focus on passing this test so this fall I can student teach!! :(.. which will be a killer again becase I will be in the schools M-F from 7-4 for a whole semester. I would never see Rydge. I so get why everyone tells you to do things you want to do before you have kids because you never want to be away from them for more than a few hours!! But.. Its for him and the future! YAHOO!!!

Brent is doing great with Valley Tire. His dad had knee surgery so he is laying low.. really just hastling brent! haha.. They hired another guy from New Castle to help out with the St.G runs. I am so happy the buisness is doing so great!!! They are going to build there OWN building in March or April.. Whenever it gets warmer. They are pretty excited! We are so lucky to have the faithful clients that keeps Valley Tire busy, and going!

I will do a WHOLE posting if Rydge next. I am just sad I cant really do pictures :(... I really want my computer back. I feel so lost with out it. lol!!

Oh Boy!

So, this little boy.. thinks he is SOOOO funny!!! Yesterday on the way home he would stick his finger up his nose, I would hit his hand away and tell him to get that finger out of his nose, he did it a few times again and just laughed and laughed... THEN he thought it would be funny to 2 both fingers in both nose holes!! I laughed SO hard!!! and he was laughing.. oh my heck, it was the best. I was just sad I didnt have the camera for the double nose! Anyway.. I miss this boy so much during the day while Im at work, I am super excited the weekend is almost here!

Dealership weekend.

This weekend Brent and I were able to attend an all expense paid for. Over nighter in Mesquite. It was a Tire connvention put on by all the tire dealers that Brent and his buy from and do buisness with. We left Rydge over night with my Grandparents...let me tell you, I was so sad!!! But Rydge had a ball!! Brent and I had such a great time. Weve been before, but years ago. And this year we got to go with Kirk and Tammy AND the best part is going as our OWN company..Valley Tire..when we checked in we met up with Brents parents and headed into the convention area were we waited.to chow down on some delic food. Once we had dinner it was about 830-9ish, Brent and I walked around the casino, played some slots, I won 54 cents :) then lost it all. Lol, we wondered some more and decided to just head to the room (its a little after 9) we are SO LAME!!! In Mesquite, no boy to chase after, you'd think we would take advantage of that!! Well to us we did..wee relaxed, SLEPT, and just enjoyed the two of us!!! Which we havent done since Rydge was born. It was so nice. I told Brent we need to do this more often!! I did miss Rydge lots, and called my Grandma more than necessary, but Brent and I needed this. Saturday morning rolled around and we slept in, cuddled and laid in bed forever just talking and laughing, once we finally got the umph to get ready we headed down to breakfast, enjoyed some seminars, a mini trip to walmart, and a few more slots. By noon they were doing lunch and a last minute drawing we finally decided to head home!!! Let me tell you, as much as I loved our little getaway I was SO happy to see my little boy!!!
It was such a great over nighter, and I loved just spending time with the hubby! sorry all you get is a boring post and no pictures, but I still dont have my DAMN computer.

Surprise Reunion and a farwell.

Sunday I was invited to Haley Rogers farewell..Lavonne her mom is pretty much like a second mom to me..so I was close with the fam. Anyway as im in church I see Lauren and her two babys come in and sit down, I havent seen her in Forever..I saw Chelsey who I also havent seen in Yearsand I saw Jamies two little kids, but no Jamie :(..i also saw Sarah, who looks absolutly amazing. It was one of yhe.best Sundays ever!! It was really crazy when we were all in the telief society room and the YW meet for opening excersises as we stood to say th yw intro it flashed us back to being 13 and we were all there saying tjat..and here we were years later, all of us married some with children and were all standing together again saying if. It was tje.craziest thing ever!! It was great to talk kids with Lauren and see Chels and Sarah!!! Along with the rest of my old DV ward. It was a great "glad to be home" moment. I cant skip over Haleys talk..she did amazing, and will do so much good on her missipn! Im excited for her, she will make a wonderful missionary and tpuch so many lives!! Good luck Haley!!

On a side note, I have TONS of blogging to catch up on..and NO computer :( GR!! So as soon as I have time to spend at my Gparents or I get my computer back I can updats!!! It really is deiving me crazy ..

Hello 2012...Good bye 2011!

This last year has been exciting, adventrous, frustrating, full of tears, firsts, happyness, appreciation and much much more.

Rydge learned SO many things, grew so fast..as he still is..its been the best thing to ever happen to Brent and I.
Brent and I both had things we overcame, together. We made it through our first year as parents :) learned things from each other..patience, better communication with each other, sacrifices and really became closer.as a couple and closer as a family.

Brent and his dad opened their own Tire Shop, Valley Tire, they are staying super busy and loving every minute of it. And they appreciate everyone who supports them!! Without ant of you Valley Tire wouldnt be as busy and sucesful as they are!!Brent has loved skinning coyotes and foxes, also hunting is still his number one hobby!

I was able to finish the block for school!! I am,now a Certified Teacher and will nev
er have to take another college class!!! I do however need to student teach and graduate so I can get my teaching license!!!! ...ive been busy
with a cute little boy who takes all of my attention.
I ran a few 5k.s, and of course crafts with the girls!


As a family we went camping, had lots of fun outside, we have spent more time with family and friends and enjoyed the months that flew by!! Enjoyed the holidays and expecially loved Thanksgiving anwd Christmas...and I cant forget Halloween.

Its been a crazy, roller coaster for 2011.
We had some sad times, many happy times, lots of laughs and really just took it all in!! Expecially since we had Rydge who kept it busy and exciting for us.

Hope this year brings on more "great things" and new beginings for us, and all of you!! Enjoy it, embrace everything!!! Happy 2012!!!! Bring on the next chapter!!!
