Daddy Cuddles!

Rydge apparently just wanted his daddy!!! He is such a daddys boy, I love it!!! I love that Brent loves him so much!!! It melts me heart!!!! Ah, Im so sappy right now, but ya know.. its SO true :)!!! I love my hubby, and Love our little family!!! And to watch it grow is going to be amazing!!!

2 months!!! Explosion!!!!

Our Rydgey is 2 months!! and has already changed so much. He did great at his check up. He now weighs 9 pounds 8 ounces, and 23.5 long! CRAZY!!! He is so TALL and skinny. He is chunking up in the face, and so growing into himself!

He didnt like getting his shots!

*When he is ready to throw a tantrum, and I mean huge tantrum his bottom lip sticks out, throws his bed back and lets it out. It is so funny I cant help but laugh!!
* He smiles and coo's at us!!! his smile melts me..uh. so cute.
*loves belly time. his legs start kickin all over the place!!! he is starting to hold his head and chest up like a turtle!!
*He fits in his 0-3 month close now!!!! AW..no more newborns :(!!
*He SNORS!!!! oh my lanta...its cute and funny!!! I recorded him, but need to post!! I didnt know babies snored!!..well he is just like his daddy in that department.
*We have a SNORTER! hahah..when he gets mad or fussy he starts to snort while he whimpers! Love it.
sadly he gets it from me..sh!! know one knows I admit that...but I do it when I laugh really hard.
*He is grabbing onto things!!
*Bath time is so fun..he smiles so big when he starts moving around that I think he wants to just start giggling!!
*He loves loves loves his dad. brent will "run" his legs and he smiles ear to ear!
* He plays with his tongue.. hell just put it in and out of his mouth, so cute to watch!!

There is SOOO many other things that he does, and He steals my heart every day!!!! I really wouldnt know how we lived without him for so long!!! My heart is stolen by my 2 favorite guys!!! Love them both oh SO SO SO much.

Along with that.. I have to tell ya, we had an EXPLOSION of pOOp! Yes, He pooped all up his back!!! Not the first time.. but I got it on camera! So I had to post.. and I know there will be more of them :)!!! Ah, gotta love him!

My fav part of the whole project is the cute ribbon thats on the screws. I should of used more.. but oh well.

SO.. Jess, Jen, Kay and I decided to do a cute Vday project!!! and Let me tell ya.. I am pretty proud of how cute they did turn out!!!! We painted the boards, modge podged the paper on, put the screws in the side of each board and put the cute ribbon on the side of each screw ( I should of used more ribbon!), then we nailed the little boards on the big board and put our vinyl on!!!! SO SO SO Easy.. and very cute!!!! I couldnt wait till Feb to put these up!!!

a 1st Birthday.. and a New Nephew!

Well, Saturday Brent, Rydge and I went to Hurricane for Zoey's first birthday! Its crazy how a year ago, Tammy (my mother in law) and I were headed to Idaho in a blizzard and fog trying to make it to the birth of this cute little girl!!! Yes, we made it and a couple hours later she was born!!!! I cant believe its already been a year :(!!! Time really does fly!!!

Resolutions!

Well.. I guess its that time to make my resolutions although its hard because really every year its the same thing, loose weight, exercise, ect! So, this year Im changing it up a bit.

* Become Healthy. I would love to loose my weight, but Im so OVER the diets, because diets dont really work. I think the key to loosing weight is wanting to become healthy, well healthy is my goal. Im going to put more fruits and vegies in my meals. Limit the candies and sugars that I eat and drink. And of course staying active, walking, dancing. ect. I just want to be happy with myself.

*Run a 5k. My friends Amanda and Liz inspired me to do this.I talked my friend Jen into running it with me. Ive already started my training, and I am SOO NOT a runner! But, I will get there in Time! and hopefully by Spring Ill be ready to run one :)!!!

*Pass the Praxis. UH! This test has kept me from finishing and graduating college with my Elementary degree! Well, this is the year! I have already spent way to much time goofing off and trying to pass this, its time to get down and dirty!! Next Test is in March and when it comes I will be prepared, and pass!!!

*Being a GREAT mom and wife. I want to love more, and be open minded to everything! My little boy is amazing, and I love my cute little family!!! I just want to be the best I can.. and I want to fulfill the wifely duties and work hard at it!!

*Traditions. Now that we have a family of our own, I want to make traditions, and use the ones that I have grown up with, and keep in the family!!!

Christmas & New Years!

 Christmas this year was fun!!! We went to diamond valley and spent the day there. Everyone loved it becuase it was Rydgey's first christmas!!!! We all got soooo spoiled!!! Then we came up here to Brents dads and spent the evening!

New Years Eve we went to our friend Jen and Dave's and we had lots of food, and played Gestures (which is an AWESOME game, I was in Laughing tears the whole time) and couted down to the New year!!! All the kids were in the house passed out.. except for Rydge and Clay who were asleep in the garage with us!
I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and a New years eve!!! I cant believe we are now in January 2011!
