Baby B's Crib!!! Thanks to my step mom who sent us this as a gift, I LOVE it!!!! Putting it together is harder than it looks.. The instructions werent the best! But, we got it all together, and I love it because its a changeable crib so as our little B gets bigger, the bed transforms :P!!! Also, there is a little drawer on the bottom of the crib. Now.. I just need to get the bed set together!!!! Thank you HUBBY for!!!

BOriNg DaYs!

Wow, Been forever since Ive posted!! I guess because there hasnt been much to post.. so here is a little update!

*We put our crib together :)!!!!! which the instructions werent so fantastic but we did it!! ok, well Brent put it up while I watched and took pictures. (Ill post pictures soon!)

*I am 25 weeks!!! THe doctor said the baby is doing great, and my weight gain is great (which is marvelouse because I was so nervouse I was over gaining.. haha)!!! Cant believe Ill be 26 weeks this coming Sat. and 6 months in Sept. WOW!! Its going by so fast! Also, he is as long as an ear of corn!!

*Im planning a Bridal shower, and helping with my baby shower. So that is keeping me busy, and doing some fun crafty things!!!

*Brent is working out of town and I HATE it. I miss him all the time!!! I h ate being home all by my lonesome. Good thing I have 2 dogs and 7 little puppies running around to keep me intertained. haha!!!

That is about all that has been going on with me and Brent latelly. Not much!! I cant tell you one thing.. I cant wait for FALL!!! Im over the heat!!! BLAH!

Cowgirl or cowboy???

We are having a little cowBOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wahoo...


We got to the doctors and I never really knew how hard it is to hold in 32 oz of water. I couldnt even walk, I sneezed and pee'd a little.. haha! The assistant finally said that I could use the restroom and I will be fine for the appt. but dont worry I had to go just as bad about 20 min. later! I never knew how scary it could be getting a check up on your baby! I was nervous the WHOLE time the Tec was taking our babies measurements and making sure my fluids and blood was good along with the features forming and checking the spine. Uh! So nerve racking!! But once we saw our little boys face.. Brent and I both looked at each other and just smilled. It was so amazing!!!!!! HE looked right at us and smiled. We got a full view of him. We saw his cute little butt cheeks ;)! hehe.. and we werent even sure if we were going to be finding out what we are having since he kept his legs closed pretty tight. Anyway, we wiggled him around a little and bam, there was NO hiding the fact we were having a little baby boy!!! From that point on Brent was SO happy. I couldnt wipe that smile off his face if my life depended on it. We were both ecstatic!!!

We went to the rodeo last night, and Brent was telling everyone he was having a little boy :)! We were talking last night, and he told me he couldnt wait till next year because he cant wait to sport our boy around!!! haha.. I am so happy that he is happy, and I think after this ultra sound it made it that much real for the both of us! AWWWW!!!!! A baby boy!!!!! So excited..

He is also very active. I feel him more and more through out the day! I cant wait till Brent gets to feel him. Anyway, We are very happy, and cant wait for our little boy to get here!!!!!

RoAd TrIp!!!

Im back!!!!!!! The last 2 weeks I have been road tripping with my grandparents and sister Whitney. We left the 5th and got back the 18th. First of all.. it was SOOO long!!!!! I was starting to get very uncomfortable sitting cramped in a car for so long. AND I  missed BRENT so much, I felt like a baby.. I couldnt wait to run home into his arms!! lol...

So, we drove to Illinois and went to Nauvoo, which was beautiful!! We spent a couple days there and explored the houses and learned more about the history of all of it. Watched a beautiful pageant that was so awesome!! I also put my foot in the Mississippi River! I did melt on this whole trip. The funny thing is, the humidity was HORRIBLE!! So mix that in with heat, I was wet and sticky, my hair never worked out so I wore it up most of the time. But, It just meant eating lots of ice cream :)!! Which the baby and I LOVE!

On our way to the next destination which was Missouri, we were able to stop at Carthridge Jail which was SO awesome!!! Anyway, once in Missouri we went to the gateway arch which is the entrance to the west and splits Illinois and Missouri! , we visted some of my grandparents family friends, went to the zoo! Then we went on down to Branson Missouri and watched the "presleys country jubilee". That was so much fun, and funny! My grandparents bought the taping of the show so I could bring it home and let Brent watch it! haha.
We also went to Mark Twains home town!!! We went on a River boat ride, and went through Tom's home and explored the little town!

We made it to Colorado. On our way to Durango we stopped to go through Jessie James Hide out caverns, Really loved that. Once in Durango we road the train from Durango to Silverton and did some fun shopping, and eating in the little town. Then road the train back to Durango! That was a full day, but well worth it! The view/ scenery was SO pretty and it was very peacful!! It would of been better if Brent was able to enjoy it with me, but I kept him updated all the time ;)!!! The next day we went to Mesa Verde and hiked around.. H.O.T.! We were all melting and ready to relax with some ice cold water. We also stopped at the 4 corners on our way home.. but the monument was under construction so we just walked around and looked. After that we headed our way back home to Utah!! AND.. we got home around 10 that evening where Brent was waiting to pick me up at my Grandparents!!!

SO.. We drove through these states.. heading out of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and back to Utah. And only explored a  majority of them, we just drove through Kansas! But it was a trip of a life time and I was so excited my Grandparents took my sister and I. It was a long trip and I was ready to get home!!! But.. It was well worth the trip!

Ok!!! Now .. BABY NEWS**

 My belly has for sure grown over the last month!! I am now 21 weeks :) We will finally find out what were having this Thursday! We are so excited.. Here is some pictures of the belly!!!!!

A couple weeks before I took this trip I went to California to visit family! I will post about that later! I am still waiting on pictures!! I am glad to be home, and ready for the next summer fun expedition.. which is Brent and I both's family reunions!

Cherry Pie???

This morning I ate a couple slices of a cherry pie/tart type pie that my mom made for breakfast. Well while eating the pie I started feeling crazyness in my stomach. Like a twitch like thing. Well It could going and going and was crazy finally I thought to myself HOLY COW!!! My baby is kicking. My mom and sister came and felt where the "twitching" was happening, and my mom said it was surely kicking going on. SO, I decided the cherry tart triggered my little baby to kick!!!!! WOW!! Can I just say it took my breath away. Through out the day its been kicking and moving around a little and favoring my right side. I was sad that I had to call and let Brent know over the phone since he isnt in Cali with me. Anyway I had to share my first baby kick with everyone and let you know I loved it and cant wait for more kicking surprises to come, and for Brent to feel it!!!!

Heart Beat

Today I got to experience hearing my baby's heart beat. I cant even tell or explain to you the emotions that ran through me. It was so exciting, happy, tearful! I loved it, and made me realize that I am pregnant and I do have a little baby growing in my belly! :P! Im loving it.

The doctor also told me July 5th..ish.. Is when well get to find out what we'll be having!!! WOW, Coming up so fast! I cant wait. I am 15 weeks and my baby is the size of an apple. Im having some cravings, mostly candy :( NOT good.. and sweets. I have to control myself! haha!

I am getting ready to head to California to visit family the end of this month and Im so excited to visit with them and just have some vaca time!! Its much needed!!! But, I get to leave my hubby home :(!!! Anyway, Things are going great and were just enjoying life!!

Here is our FIRST camp trailer!!!! It was such a good price it was pretty much a steal!!!! We love it, and its perfect for the 3 of us.. ok 5 of us, cant forget our pooches!!! hehe

I have been working on a couple crafts, finally got my fun summer purse all finished up!!! And i am working on my clock, Ill put final pictures up once I get my vinyl!!!! But, Im very excited!!!!

Finally... Here is the first belly picture!! Told ya I was starting to show!!! I do have a little belly .. but most people think, hm... prego or just gaining weight! Brent and I are getting so excited!! I felt like it was to early to be showing, but I guess it depends on the person??? I have a feeling I will be a big belly lady! ha!!!! I love it!!!

12 WeeKs

I am 12 weeks today :P!!!!!!!!! My little brack is looking like a person.. a little baby!!!! Its so excited!!!! The email I get says that the major development the baby is starting to do is reflexes!!!! So Brack is starting to move, although I cant feel it. Brack's hands and feet are starting to open and close.Its just amazing to me how fast the baby grows!!!! I love reading information about this little one!!!! AND the baby is the size of a lime!!!!

-Happy Mothers Day!!!!!! Hope all you mama's had a great spoiled day :P!

-Baby stuff!!! I am starting to get a little belly!!! I just feel fat, and cant fit into any of my shirts, so I live in my Tshirts!! I dont wanna buy any new clothes until I start getting really big so Im not spending TONS of money! But, Brent is so funny, he lets me know that Im getting a little belly, and rubs it all the time. I love how much he is so into it, and how excited he is about it!! Makes me even more excited for our little one. My boobs.. Oh my gosh, I have already grown out of my bra's!!! hahah!!! ;). The morning sickness is gone, but is it normal to be hungry ALL the time! I swear I have at least 6 little snacks a day with breakfast and dinner being big meals. I need to start getting out and walking, im finally starting to feel not so tired anymore, which I am loving!!! Getting my energy back! I need to take advantage of it! The cold is going away, but the nose is still runny. Brent and I have been through tons of boxes of tissues hopefully it goes away sooner than later!

-It has been so nice having Brent home more often, since he has been unemployed and working under the table jobs here and there we have had more time together!!! We have been out riding around, take new trails, shooting, and just spending this time we have together and enjoying it! I  love it!

- I have been such a slacker with taking pictures! But, I promise ill get some up. There kind of boring since its just us, but pictures are pictures! And I have some crafts that I want to start working on, so hopefully I can get my butt in gear and have some sewing fun!!!

Well, that's what has been going on with the bracken's lately, nothing to exciting!!!! Cant wait to start our summer fun.
